Press & Powder Co. is a California-registered business selling tablet presses, tooling, and compression powders for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and food-grade use. See our About page for company details.
3. Products & Orders
Product descriptions, specifications, and photos are provided in good faith but may contain errors; we reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors. Placing an order through checkout constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
4. Payment
We accept payment in Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR). Orders are considered placed once payment is sent and self-confirmed at checkout; orders ship once payment has received sufficient network confirmations. Quoted USD prices are converted to the applicable cryptocurrency at the exchange rate in effect at the time of invoicing. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible — please confirm your order details before sending payment.
5. Shipping
Shipping is free on every order and handled per our Shipping Policy, including handling time, carrier, and estimated transit times. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Warranty
Equipment (presses, mixers, dies) is covered by the warranty terms stated on the applicable product page. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to report a defect or damage claim. Compression powders and consumables are not returnable once opened, for quality and safety reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
7. Intended Use
Equipment and materials sold on this site are intended for lawful pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, supplement, and food-grade compression use only. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any product complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
